In order to provide the best customer service, all your purchases from Pet Show are exchangeable and refundable, except for pets and hotel services (they are not returnable or exchangeable).
For purchases subject to the exchange and return policy:
Exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date it reaches you.

In the event that a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an improper condition, BitShoe will bear all shipping and replacement costs, and if you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, BitShow will not bear any shipping costs incurred.
The customer is not entitled to cash back for returning the products that he obtained through the purchase with reward points, as he will be compensated with reward points.
In the event that the customer receives a free credit or a voucher for free purchases, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
Bitshow store returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer’s account in the store as soon as the returned shipments arrive at the store, or it sends the amount back to the customer’s account in a period of no less than a week after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.
In the event that the customer purchases products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be made by returning the payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card with which the purchase was made, and the recovery period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service.
In the event that the customer receives free shipping in return for purchasing products whose value exceeds (200 riyals), and he wishes to return the products, Bitshow has the right to recalculate the shipping cost.
Clothes sold are not returnable or exchanged to keep your pet safe.
